The End of Innocence

Okay, I can turn a blind eye to fascists who have campaigned for years to ban prayer and the Ten Commandments from schools and courthouses. I can handle nihilists who are morally offended whenever the words "Star-Spangled Banner" and "school" are used in the same sentence.

But seriously, someone has gone too far this time:

The handbasket by which the world moves towards Hell must be marked "EXPRESS" if something like Tag has no place on the playground. What's next? Banning hide-and-seek because it might be seen as encouraging isolationism? Or what about capture the flag? Children might start to exhibit the conquering mindset that got us into the Iraq mess.

Prescription: pleass take this entry with a grain of salt. But it does seem a tad bit ridiculous, no?
