I'm Pushing My Glasses Up as We Speak (Except We're Not Speaking at the Moment...You Figure It Out)

Okay, so it's been a while. Okay, so I'm a nerd. Okay, so I'm using my first post in more than 2 weeks to highlight some nerd stuff. Okay, so it's Warcraft related. Sue me.

Watch them. Don't watch them. But if you do, Nerd-craft stuff aside, you will have to admit Blizzard (the company who makes Warcraft) makes some pretty stunning videos. The music ain't half bad either (Mom will back me up on this).

So enjoy this little foray into the Geek World. Or don't. Whatever. I'm still going to be a Warcraft-loving-but-not-playing-at-least-not-yet-I'm-waiting-for-my-wife-to-say-it's-okay nerd.

Wow! those are some pretty fantastic trailers- (and i agree, the music is very well done). I almost think they should have a go at creating an actual movie- I actually thought the Final Fantasy one was alright (and that was without having an actual knowledge of the game), and since I think WoW has a much larger fan base, I think it would have a chance of being rather successful at the box office... but then, what do I know?

thanks for giving us this peek into this particular corner of the nerd/geek galaxy- I feel I have a little better understanding of the world of Nikolas now (though I still may have to have you point to the various places on a map for me to have a more visual idea of the where, when and how of the geography...)

I cannot fathom all the creative energy that goes into making World of Warcraft. And, yet, I also cannot fathom the millions of hours that goes into playing. It boggles my mind.

the music does too, by the way. Very well done.
